At Alkaline Regen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you experience any issues with your products, please review our refund and replacement guidelines below.

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense, and we will offer either a full refund or a replacement. Please provide a photograph of the issue along with a brief description, and we will review the claim. If approved:

  • Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exemptions (No Refunds or Replacements)

We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Address – If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the package will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once an updated address is confirmed.

  2. Unclaimed Packages – Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will require reshipment at your expense.

  3. Buyer’s Remorse – We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to buyer’s remorse.

  4. Orders Already Prepared – If you cancel an order while it is still in "Accepted" status but the product has already been prepared by our fulfillment team, we will be unable to cancel or refund the order.
